Fully Crowned Steel Gear on worm input and Steel Gear on Motor shaft coupled by Nylon Sleeve.  All vibration, heat, misalignment is eliminated while making motor removal after many years of service exceptionally trouble free; typically only found on high-performance industrial drive systems.
